As I am an early riser I cannot cocect my broadband until 06.03. I have only 1 bar on the connection icon and or a message saying limited conection. At 06.03 this chages and I have 4/5 bars and connection is fine for the rest of the day. I thought this may be due to my sky tv box updating and takeing the availble wi -fi but not sure. I have tried the vertual assistant but ended on a loop and of course when I am connected after 06.03 the tests are fine

Find out more@mcb0583 if you have Sky Q TV boxes then the issue is those boxes act as wifi hotspots but be default lose that function when in deep sleep which ends around the time you mention. You can change that behavior by going into the TV boxes settings and changing the power saving setting from eco to active or none

My sky connection states
"Limited connectivity" on my mobile. So as you would when into EE for help, they tested the phone, explaining no problem at all.
I am now using using more data than necessary. I have tested the connection and followed instructions to resolve this matter with no joy.
