its my computer

My computer  not used for a long time, I am trying to use but my husband has got into it without permission wha  do I do?

Also without any details the community can't begin to help as we have no idea what has been done to your computer.

@EllieR  If it's a Windows PC then google what the issue is, but I'm going to asume your PC is till running an outdated OS.
