my internet keeps dropping out and sending a connection error to my xbox console, i can't play any games on there because the connection isn't stable enough. Is there any way to get a booster to plug in next to the xbox?
The sky hub is in the hallway and the xbox is in the front room which is right next to the hallway, I have the white Sky hub. There is a door that separates the hallway to front room but even with that door open it still drops in and out, xbox is no further than about 2/3 meters away from the hub.
@soph2603 So it's 6 to 9 foot away, can your x Box be set to use the 2.4Ghz band only, sorry not a game person so know nothing about the device, or it's settings! And using a sky Max hub do you know if the wireless setting on it is at WPA3-T or WPA2, you need to use your sky app to look at the hub?
yes, very close to the hub! i have no idea i will check xbox settings, im not a huge gamer so it goes over my head too. where do i find the hub settings that tells me that? i've got the app but cant see where it tells me which one. Thanks
