iPhone WiFi

Hi iam having the same problem with the sky max WiFi drop out on iPhone. I have fibre 500 with two sky pods. Excellent signal but still drops out on iPhone 13 mini.  Sky Engineer came and did a complete check over all ok what he did say is that they are working with Apple and have been for some time but still not found a patch to resolve the problem.😡

Try going to the phones mobile settings and turn off WiFi assist, it may be bouncing between the hub and the two pods.

Re: iPhone WiFi

Hi re my iPhone dropping WiFi connection I have sky500max. I have spoken with Apple Support and now have the problem resolved. Firstly that had me check that the WiFi was ticked and working. Then go to iPhone settings go to general scroll all the way down till you see transfer or reset click on that then on the drop down folder  click reset network settings click that then the phone will shut down when it restarts on its own go to your WiFi  settings and enter your password and that should resolve it.worked on both my iPhones. So it turns out it wasn't a Sky problem after all.
