iPhone 15 pro max

My IPhone is extremely slow on Sky 300 broadband. All other devises seem to be functioning fine, just for some reason it's just my phone. Check everything I can on my phone and have Norton 360 on all my devices. Any thoughts from anyone as to what can be the problem. Quite often 5g is faster that Sky.

Re: iPhone 15 pro max

Thank you for getting back to me, but my crawling around with setting both Sky and Apple I found that the connection between my hub and phone wasn't fully operational.  When I checked my devices list on sky hub found that although my phone was listed the connection wasn't secured. Problem seems to have been solved by removing my phone from my hub and then reconnecting. Something I probably should has tried before. My connection speed has gone from unable to connect to 306 mbps. Seems problem solved. Thanks for your quick response.

@Ric

What kind of speed do you see on your phone? Can you post a speedtest?
