iMac won't connect internet

i have a new sky max hub , no problems except cannot connect my imac to the internet

wifi is connected 

any ideas please

i have tried all trouble shooting with no result

@redjam1 Also are you connecting via Ethernet cable or trying to via wi-fi signal on that iMac!
