i'm without internet just joined sky other provider has disconnected and can not get sky internet

@suds24 When did you order Sky Broadband? It does take at least 10 working days minimum for Sky to provide a broadband service.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Seems like there might be an issue with selected postcodes.

Given there are tens of millions of households using broadband, a tiny percentage of individual lines with problems leaves thousands of connections not working nationally at any particular point in time. Issues affecting wide areas are very uncommon, although they do happen.
