home move

We have a home move booked for Friday this week and we still havent received our new hub.  Can anyone shed any light on the arrival as its showing as awaiting dispatch on my app

It should be sent out to be at the new address up until the day before activation

Hubs are normally dispatched via Royal Mail so once it's out for delivery RM should send you a link whereby you can track the parcel. You don't normally need to be in. The postie should send a photo as to where they've hidden/left it and pop a note through the letterbox.
