haven’t got my full services and still being charged
Ive joined Sky six weeks ago to join them and still haven't had an engineer to come out to connect me to the Internet. The only service I can use is Sky Go which I don't as don't let me use the app on my telly was meant to have an engineer come out to yesterday and now I have to wait another two weeks and have still been charged what do I do about this

@Sam13031997 firstly you should not be being charged for your broadband as that only starts from when the service goes live. If you have bought the Sky Stream TV service that is charged from the date the service is activated or 14 days after delivery. Many customers use a mobile connection to watch TV while waiting for a fixed broadband service. The TV contract and the Broadband contract are separate even if bought as a bundle.
In the case like yours where broadband installation is delayed you should be paid compensation as explained here Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com.
