i think its hacked shows loads of open ports i dont know waht to do, nothing works

It's vanishingly unlikely that anyone would bother 'hacking' a domestic broadband router: unless you have reason to believe you might be targeted by a hostile state security agency I'd suggest standard troubleshooting is more appropriate.

 

For a start, have you rebooted the Hub?
