You aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services here. This is a forum whereby customers try to help other customers.
It could be the engineer is at the cabinet working on your issue as opposed to visiting your actual address depending what he/she is looking for in respect of your issue. If you look at your order tracking in your Sky account or on the My Sky app does it still show the visit as being today?
