frutration with iphone connection

Hi, 

I have checked my broadband & wi-fi and both are good. My laptop is running perfectly. However our wi-fi music system & our Iphones will not connect to the internet. The phones seem to link to the wi-fi but cannot connect to the internet. 

Anyome else encouter this problem? Any solutions?

@Paul634 Have you had a look at the Broadband Shield settings in your account products section!
