I have a 2016 Sky router that’s recently been having issues. The Wi-Fi connection frequently drops out, though the Ethernet connection remains stable. Additionally, my Wi-Fi speeds have significantly decreased over the past few months. Given these issues, would I qualify for a free replacement router without any additional fees?

There is only one way to find out and that is to speak to them, 150 is the number to call from a Sky Talk landline or Sky Mobile phone.
