fibre

 i have had fibre broadband   fitted  to my property  23/7/ 26after many yrs on  the copper wire system , 

now son cant play x box games  .nor can my or my wifes sky contract phone log onto the hub 

i have ran diagnostics  .its saying all ok 

but its not ok at all 

only my pc and kindle   are connected

 my sons x box will not connect
