engineer's visit today

Hello, I wanted to inform you and find out, today, May 17, 2024, between 1 p.m. and 6 p.m., an engineer was scheduled to run the cables, install the box and connect the Sky Internet, the date and time were confirmed, but no one was there at those times, when I came back from work, I checked the security cameras and I noticed that someone was running the cables, I did not receive any information about the time change and the arrival of the engineer. I wanted to ask when the engineer will come to finish this installation and activate the Internet because I urgently need an Internet connection. If possible, the engineer can come tomorrow from 10 am.
