divices keep dropping off and getting no connection

how do i clear all connections to by hub , i have restarted my hub a few times and says 9 devices connected , even when i turn all them off . my internet work phone has dropped connection and wont reconnect .

@sdou51 Only true way is to Factory Reset the hub to its OOB condition.!
