Perhaps note that £20 a month for broadband would be making a loss for any Openreach ISP.

thanks for getting back to me but honestly I don't think anyone should be charged for a landline which don't use not able to afford too I only have broadband £37.50 each month is a lot just to have WiFi

The 'landline' charge is for rental of the data circuit (copper or optical) without which broadband cannot function. Its separate billing is an anomaly: what you can do is check you aren't being charged for an unused voice call package which would be Sky Talking Evenings and Weekends Extra, Anytime Extra or International Extra.
