@Chloecavex

Subscriptions only end when you cancel them (unless you are 56+ days behind in your payments), it's your discounts that end and unless you negotiate a new one you'll continue to pay full price.

Re: contract

i have no debts, so is it just my discounts that are ending or is my actual account closing down?

@Chloecavex

Just your discounted period.

You are free to continue on a monthly rolling basis at the full rate or renegotiate a new 18 month contract if the price is right or sign up with another provider

@Chloecavex you have 3 choices

1) do nothing and your service will continue on a rolling monthly basis charged at the published price but you can cancel at any time either by switching to another ISP who uses Openreach or give 14 days notice to cancel

2) talk to Sky to see what offers are available and if one appeals sign up for a new 18 month fixed term contract

3) switch to another isp if they also use Openreach as say BT group or Talk Talk do you dont even have to call Sky the new isp handles that.
