connection yes no

hi today constantly connecting and disconnecting . connected for 5 mins then not. none stop for most of the day. i have my alarm system and cctv system connected to my network and these are now useless while i am not connected. i am fibre 150 mbps for the last 3 months approx. how to u contact sky u have this issue when u cannot get online to tell them ??????????

@toptinker  If you have a landline phone just dial 150 and listen through the voice prompts. But if you are unable to use the landline due to the disconnections you can find a number to call via mobile at the bottom of the link below under " Need more help ".
