connection problems

Our wifi connection cuts out several times a day, sometimes more.  This has been going on for 2 weeks now and each time we have to pull out cables and reconnect.  Our modem is outdated as we were told by the last engineer who called here.  Are we due for a new modem? Would this solve the problem?

Have you called Sky and spoke to them about your ongoing issues with your connection and possibly the issue with your hub ?
