connection keeps dropping

I have run all of the diagnostic tests which come back as good but my internet keeps dropping.  I work from home and I am having to hotspot to my mobile when carrying out client calls, which I should not have to be doing.  We previously had engineers out who disabled a child restriction on our sky services but this has not solved the problem.  I keep getting told there isn't an issue but if there isn't an issue why do I keep losing wifi?  speed when I test is 27 - there has to be something wrong somewhere?

I am having the exact same problem and have been since I returned to work from paternity leave on 8 April. I work from home too and constantly have work calls cut out, although the strange thing is that there appears no impact at my end as I can continue to see/hear everything but I cut out/freeze to other callers! Unfortunately, I live in the sticks so have poor mobile too to be able to hotspot to it. Testing the line and diagnostics with Sky appear to show all is apparently fine, and I would say that most of the time it isn't that noticable as sending/receiving emails for example won't show this as an obvious error.

 

Another example is listening to radio apps and it just cuts out.
