Had the engineer call today to connect my wifi, But he could not find the BT line into the house, so could not connect me to the wifi or set up the hub? he says, A open reach engineer would be needed, My current broadband finished today (vergin), So now having to use a dongle. What happens now, how long is this going to take to sort, or do I have to leave Sky and rejoin vergin.
