i am trying to pair a new device to my tv. it asks for my wi-fi password. i have this on a card that came with the router.
there are upper case /lower case , but i am struggling to put the right one in . i have tried about 5 combinations,
it just keeps coming up incorrect passeword.is ther anyway i can get sky to send me the correct one.

@paladin100 the passkey is printed on the hub depending on the model it maybe on the base. Be careful as itsxeasy to confuse numbers like1 or 0 with letters like I or O

I'm having the same problem. QR code and WPS work fine. No device will accept the password and thats the the only way to connect some devices.

@jordan791 if the QR codecworks the passkey on the label should work the two are assigned during manufacturing. Notevthat it is easy to misread the card as I posted above. Also on some devices the memory location can get corrupted so not accept the codeceven if its correct. If you suspect thst tell the device to forget the connection then doms full power down reboot. TVs are quite prone to do this in my experience to re bootvthese leavecthe power off until the power led goes out.
