buffering

my tv and laptop keeps buffering, this has started to happeening since the recent  storms with only me in the house

Unplug the router from the wall for at least 10 minutes, if you're on FTTP, unplug the ONT as well. After 10 minutes, plug the ONT in and wait for the green lights, then plug the router back in. If no success let us know what are lights are showing.
