why does my brordband keep cutting out at random times during the day it makes watching films or bening on the internet a game of chance thinking about moving to another company and coming out my contract with sky

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@markerks you will only be released from your contract if Sky cannot resolve the fault. If you have a faulty line moving ISP will only cause the fault to move with you unless you choose one using a different network.
You can call Sky for free by dialling 150 on a Sky Talk or Sky mobile line. Alternatively you can post your hub's connection stats and forum members should be able to see what is wrong. See Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
