ive had a new install of a fibre system,been in about 4 hours. i should be getting speeds of around 500 which the sky checker says i get however any test i do seems to show download of 80.
does it take some time for it to all get set up properly and working or there an issue?
@palmst92 If sky have provision you correctly the FF500 speed should kick in as soon as the Engineer changed you over from copper to fibre, but sky may not have done that yet. Have a look on your service checker to see if the line has jumped up yet to FF500!
