broadband not working

i have just changed over to fibre broadband but as soon as it was supposed to work it hadn't

no yesterday they had text me to say it had been activated but it has not

@luce222  Do you have working phone line to see if that is working and is connected to the Sky network?

yes i do it's connected to the broadband but i do not have a landline phone

@luce222  Can you check track orders in my account to see if there is any updates or notes on your broadband activation.

 

If there is nothing there and you have a mobile you can call Sky following the link below and you can find a number to call Sky uner * Need more help ".
