broadband in a separate home

im an existing customer and im trying to get broadband ordered for my old home (flat) (still owned by me) to take over from BT but everytime i try to order it keeps going back to my current address! i also want to get broadband and phone line for my business (downstairs) (old home) but still in ciontract with BT and wondered if they would pay the fees

To order broadband in a different address you need to be logged out of your account and then place the order as a new customer, this will be using a different email address during the order process. If you can't do this then you will have to call Sky to have them place the order for you.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
