broadband a website i use thinks im outside the uk
hi all the national lottery website thinks i'm outside the uk yet the App is ok , the website says it's due to the Ip address on their records recognising that i'm not in Uk or Isle of Man .... i haven't been abroad in 20 years was perfectly ok up till now anybody have any ideas I have rebooted the Broadband switched off broadband shield switched off my mobile still can't access this one website on mobile or Ipad

@minimouse07 do you use Safari on an Apple device by sny chance? If you do switch off the iCloud Privste Relay or use a different browser.

@minimouse07 You need to leave it around 1 hour off to gain a new IP that thinks you are within the UK. If you are doing this via a smart phone, might be better to do this on mobile data, rather than via Wi-Fi.
