@Ajw19870 You are NOT addressing sky when you post on the Forum just customers like yourself trying to assist and help, if you need help then you may wish to run the service checker and/or the diagnostic service. Links are below.

@Ajw19870 Sky lines are busy due to an issue with Sky Q boxesthis morning. There is no obvious reason why You Tube wont work over a Sky Broadband connection assuming other apps work. Check the Broadband Shield settings in the My Sky app are not set too low and therefore preventing access. See https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-broadband-shield-start

Sorry first time i have used this, tried service check says all is fine, sky sending an engineer out to fix the problem i apologise about my confusion
