When trying to record anything or download any movies on sky Q or any apps on sky Q there is continuous buggering and it takes hours to download 30mins worth of any episode

I'm assuming you mean buffering! 😂 What speeds should you be getting? Are you connecting via ethernet or wirelessly?

I did mean buffering😂 I just had the sky super fast fiber installed and it's connected wirelessly

If you can connect your router to your Q box with ethernet you'll see full speed as opposed to the inherent issues WiFi brings in our increasingly technologically cluttered homes. 👍
