app.fergus.com is blocked

Hi all,

I run my electrical business through Fergus for jobs, quotes and invoices. Sky Broadband has started blocking access to the site and I can no longer use it. This is a genuine business platform and I rely on it to run my business and support my family.

Sky have confirmed that around 25 percent of their customer base is impacted because this website has been incorrectly blocked.

Please can this be reviewed and unblocked as soon as possible. If there is a specific reason it has been flagged, I am happy to pass that information on to Fergus so they can resolve it on their side.

You aren’t contacting Sky here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

Futhermore broadband discussed here is for domestic customers only and using it to run a business isn't permitted.

If the block is being implemented in Sky Broadband Shield then the following applies:

 

Unfortunately network level blocking and DNS issues are different and cannot be addressed that way.

I too run my Electrical Business using Fergus.Com, not sure why access has been blocked or how to get back onto it without hotspotting from my phone. Negatting the need for Sky's High Speed Broadband!

I'm only able to speak to virtual AI bot's who are like to tell me how healthy and fast my connection is!

Sort it out Sky  because if I can't raise invoices, I can't pay for Sky!

@Needed1 you are presumably paying Sky for a domestic connection it is your choice to use it for your business. These kind of routing issues can occur you can try adding a public DNS to the network set up on the device you use Cloudflare's at 1.1.1.1 is easy to remeber and is pretty reliable. Another option is to use a VPN. My Sky connection is currently opening Fergus.com properly.
