@new There is no option to do this, why would you want to? Unless it the Sky Max hub which is controlled via the mysky app.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

There may be an 'Allow Remote Management' option in Hub admin settings, but that would have to be enabled from within the local network before external access was possible. It's also not particularly advisable on security grounds.
