I've had my broadband updated to fibre I'm unable to authenticate on zscaler for work. Work have said it's a sky issue and I need to opt out of IP sharing. I don't see why I should do this, but to be honest I don't know what the impact would be if I did. I received a new white Sky hub as part of the upgrade, I've also disabled shield but no success.

Your work is correct, and it has no impact on domestic use: IP address sharing is for the convenience of the ISP.
You need 1:1 Map-T rather than the 8:1 which is now the default with a circuit supplying broadband to a Max Hub.
Current advice is to use the Hub administration settings in the My Sky app to enable UPnP: that should trigger the Map-T change.

Thanks Timmy. Where will I find the setting for UPnP within the app? I've had a look and there's nothing underneath settings

I believe somewhere like
My Sky/Broadband/Product Settings/Sky Max Hub/ Advanced Settings

Okay - I think I'm in the right place. Is it the port forwarding section?

That would seem to be the most likely option.
