Youtube keeps skippingback, buffering and loss of audio etc.

We have been having issues with Youtube where we get skippingback, buffering and loss of audio etc.  We now have a download speed of around 35mps.  We used to have a very low 5mbs and upgraded because the Sky engineer said the low speed was more than likely the problem butr it's still the same.  Any ideas?
