YouTube Buffering

YouTube is not playing videos when devices are connected to Sky Broadband. Everything else works fine and YouTube works fine if I close wifi and switch to 4g. 
Reading the thread, it appears that this is a common problem with Sky and, seeing that we all pay a huge amount for the services, it needs fixing and stays fixed.

I'd imagine they are working on it, but routing issues on the actual internet typically aren't trivial to resolve.

I'm indicating that core network issues are entirely out of customers hands.

If you are paying that much for broadband then I'd strongly suggest renegotiation of your contract.

Yes, tried everything else and it's absolutely fine. 
Have updated app, turned off and re started devices, rebooted router etc etc, nothing makes any difference. 
There was a similar thread in July 🤷‍♂️

I'm having the same issue, iPhone, Ps5 pro, laptop, tablet and Tv all have buffering issues on YouTube. 

it's driving me mad, it started about a week ago for me.

mine was ok until yesterday but now I'm in the same boat. iPhone, iPad, MacBook. TV. Very irritating.

as I said in an earlier post, there was a thread about the same thing in July which I assume got sorted, just not well enough!!

I thought I was going crazy.  YouTube not working via Sky BB WiFi.  It is impacting multiple non Sky devices attached to the same Sky BB WiFi Ultrafast 148 MB.  As soon as you switch to mobile data, the issue is gone.  I even uninstalled all YouTube updates and tried to use PlayStore to Install Updates again and it just buffered indefinitely.  I then switched to mobile data and immediately started updating and working normally.  Please provide urgent update Sky.  Thank you.  P.D. don't think I have Shield on as wasn't before.  Started a few days ago.
