You contacted me saying my Sky tv and broadband contract is ending soon

Why did you message me saying my sky tv and broadband contacts are ending soon? And now I find out that my Broadband contract doesn’t end until November 2026!

I have cancelled my broadband and move to Virgin on 30th September. Now you say I owe you £127.25!!

Why on earth did you say my broadband contract was ending soon?

As this was YOUR ERROR. I don't think I should pay you £127.25. Only what's owed until 30th September.

Sorry @Robert194 but you are only talking to other customers here and not Sky support so you can put in a complaint via this online form:

As for your contract I believe you bill should show the contract length which is usually 18 or 24 months:
