Yellow “Voice” light - No internet

Since moving to Sky Fibre, my internet is cutting out almost once a week. All the lights are still green apart from the "Voice" one which turns yellow.

 

Turning the router off and on again fixes the issue, but I shouldn't have to be doing this every week. Also not good when I can't view my Ring Doorbell or dogs camera.

 

Sky sent me a new router this week, gone through the hassle of changing to that, but just cut out again. No pattern with when it's doing it, seemingly random.

 

Router in same place as every other one I've ever had. No landline phone plugged in. Router plugged into open reach port via port 4 (as installed). Hive Hub and Yale Hub plugged into 2 of the other Ethernet ports.
