Xbox will not connect

All other devices connect to the router apart from my Xbox series X. I have tried a static IP and Ethernet but I am still having an issue. My NAT type is unavailable. 

My internet is slow and so I have been downloading a 250gb game overnight for the past few days and not sure if sky have somehow blocked my device? Only reason I think this is because the bandwidth usage on my Xbox within 1 hour between 2am and 3am was apparently 14.72TB, which seems wrong. 

any suggestions?
