Hi
I recently updated to Sky Fibre and my sons xbox stopping working. I have now managed to be able to get connection for the apps within the system (e.g. Netflix) but cannot connect for games.
When I try I get the following error
"DNS Isn't resolving Xbox server names"
I've tried all the recommended fixes - rebooting both Router and Console, checked DNS (8888 & 8444) and others but no joy.
Extremely frustrated and welcome any advice / Guidance

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@DR26 check the setting for Sky Broadband Shield as if set too low it will block online gaming. As the account holder go intomthe My Sky app or website and gonto product options wherecyou will find thexway the change the settings.
