Can you please post your router stats
In addition answers to the following questions would be useful;
- Did you change anything else during the upgrade (e.g. TV) or was it literally just a broadband uprgade?
- Did you change your router to a newer one?
- Has the location/connection method of the Xbox changed?

@jamesn123 nothing else had changed, same router, same TV ! Same position? It was literally pulling a fibre cable through the wall and plugging existing router in (done bya sky engineer
)
Not at home at the moment but will post wheni get back I an hour or so

Your stats suggest a normal & stable connection so its difficult to understand whats gone wrong

I'm having same issue but not only with Xbox - also with Zoom calls for work!
When we moved to fibre the router was moved and engineer installed two extender boxes.
Xbox is in my sons room - with a wifi extender box - I'd say 15 meters away in a straight line from main router & upstairs
Additional extender is in the hallway - my PC for work is abour 2 meters away
Main router is in the lounge about 10 meters away from extender in hallway
Our router is saying it has 30 devices attached to it although I've no idea what each thing is as the names are garbage.

Find out moreWith that many devices & using extenders you are really going to struggle to get a stable WiFi connection thats good enough for low latency gaming and video calls over Zoom. It might be worth connecting some things via ethernet or using powerline for your gaming/work devices.

Would a powerline adapter repalce the extenders?

@jamesn123 - would a poweline adapter replace the sky extenders?
