Wrong broadband

The serial number on my personal broadband is 315F25CB003637 and the broadband is not active. The broadband shown on the app here is the one in my house that everyone uses(my landlord's broadband). The personal broadband i got from you has been inactive since i got it

@Tsure to get a fixed broadband service from Sky you require a phone line or a full fibre connection. Two broadband services normally cannot use the same line* So does the home you rent have a spare line if your landlord's service is in use?

Did you have your broadband service at another prooperty if you did did you book a home movecwith Sky?

*in theory a full fibre connection can support more than one broadband service but ir requires axspecial ONT with multiple connections.

That's actually using another individual fibre within a standard four-core drop, so it's really no different to a 'second line' over a different copper pair within an old-fashioned multi-strand phone cable.
