@macdonald1968 You may be able to do that via your account, via the Sky website or by calling.

No one on the forum can assist as we are just customer like you and the few Sky staff here cannot place orders for custoemrs.

Ok I've realised my Rooter was installed 5 years ago and since then Sky have improved there broadband speed but I haven't been seeing any up dates or available upgrades as the email on my My Sky account was wrong. I've ordered a new one and an upgraded from 30 to 145 speed. Thanks for you lr help I hope the resolves my problem.
