Worst customer service
Sky customer service has gone bad to worst to be honest.

@Chrisee So I called today around 9:45 and spoke to an advisor (Vas) who was absolutely rude. I called to talk about my internet speed where he made comments about me saying I do not have the sense to understand terms and condition. I can't read or understand what it is written in the contract. He was laughing at me and when requested to speak to manager he said I will not transfer call to anyone do whatever you like.

There is no excuse for being spoken to like that. The call should have been recorded so I'd suggest making a complaint. Please see this link

@Sam156225556 that sounds quite bad. Sky record calls so I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should invite you onto an online chat so they can take details so the interaction can be checked out but also so they can deal with the issue you called about.
Keep an eye on thecforum once they pick this up a brightly coloured chat icon will appear on the forum pages for you to use to start the chat.

@Chrisee thank you so much, if someone listened to call they will ask themselve why that guy is still working if he is clearly does not like customer service.
Unfortunately looging complain seems to be useless I am sorry to say. I have tried the link.
1) Whatapp message - does not work
2)Email Forum - does not work
3) Log complain via speaking to adviser - I will add a note to your account
only option left is write a letter to the address - I mean seriously who does write a letter nowdays.

@Sam156225556 the chat team can register a formal complaint if you want. The Sky customer service reps I have spoken to have been excellent. I have visited two of the their main centres in Scotland and met a lot of the customer service various teams but unfortunately the odd interaction does go wrong. Assume you undrrstand how online chat works.

Thank you so much, I have spoken to Lisa on chat, she was absolutely amazing to resolve my issue. She made my call listened and logged a complain which now has been resolved. Thank you so much everyone here 🙂
