Worst broadband experience ever

Sky contacted myself over 17 months ago asking if I wanted sky fibre broadband I said yes and 6 orders have come and gone 6 contracts have been and gone 

I have spent many hours on phone many emails 

everybody escalated to managerial level never get response or compensation 

please are sky above the law

@Bodazafa1 Then you either believe them or you do not kind off simple, just not as it would seem turning out to be one off those straight forward job's especially after 17 months wait!

@Bodazafa1 What are sky telling you regarding the Full Fibre upgrade, it is NOT them who do it!

Clearly not: providing broadband is a regulated industry on top of applicable consumer law.  Hower, a proposal to supply a service is not actually the same thing as doing so.

They offered me it and then 6 failed no upgrade

no engineer turned up on 6 different dates now 

say they are trying to resolve it ?

@Bodazafa1 You should check yourself what is available to you as a FF product or a partial Fibre product as you do not say, if you are going to be OR or CF supplied few links, sky to start with then the other two. Links are below! Cannot even work out if you are currently a sky customer or not, trying to upgrade from what to what as you do not say! The Forum is NOT sky, but customer help's customer as best we can!
