Worst Broadband Provider

The Internet was down on Thursday(17th, July) Evening after i came back from work. So i tried usual stuff, restart router, check cables. I Reached out to Sky Customer Service via Chat. I was told that they will send someone to fix by Friday morning. Nothing. I tried to call, no updates. Apparently, Sky dont know when the line is going to be fixed. I managed to get in touch with them after i mentioned i am going to leave them, this was friday after i made 3hrs back and forth to work. And they told me they cant do anything about the line again. LOL. Same scripted answer. Still no internet, phone, and they cannot do anything until Monday!! And they cannot guarantee if the line will be fixed.

I decided to leave Sky only into 7 months of contract.  My previous provider sent engineer within 2 hours and fixed the line in 3. This is disgraceful. Oh I forgot to mention I had to go to work 3hrs drive because i could not work from home!!!!!

I will NOT recommend Sky to anyone.!! Ever and I am already in process of removing Sky from my relative's house. Also, £30 for 150mps? I am getting 1Gbps for same price from my new provider. 

With the company being this bad, I cannot even expect any compensation. What a Shame

@Kamal_ You may expect to get a end of termination fee from sky, for the move after 7 months!
