Working From Home - Citrix

I've been trying to connect to my Citrix | Secure Access work portal, which uses a connection URL. However this connection has not worked with my Sky Broadband in the last few days but works with my hotspot, is this a Sky issue unable to connect to my URL? That's what my IT teams have said and requested I contact my Internet provider for help.

@TaylorC1 You would phone sky, dial 150 from your landline!

Unfortunately I do not have a landline, is there another way of contacting through mobile?

@TaylorC1 Just to let you know, you do have a landline, the fact you have not connected a phone to it maybe why you cannot call, and sky does not allow the number to be published on the Forum! See link below, post 4 click on that link, scroll down call us and you will see the number, write it down so you have it forever!
