Work laptop won't connect

Since coming across to sky, my nhs work laptop wont work from home. Its says connected but no internet, therefore I cant connect to anything on it. All other devises work fine.

I did message sky (cant remember how) added my work details and then received a message saying weve fixed it.

It did work for a while. Tried again today, and its not working. Any quick fixes?

Does a reboot of your broadband hub fix it ?

@Mike297 What colour Sky  hub do you have. If its white read the post pinned at the top of the forum.

Did you ever resolve this?  Everything was fine until a week or so ago. 

Work laptop (NHS) connected fine to the wifi, but we had ongoing broadband issues.  BT Openreach did some work a week or so ago and my laptop now won't connect.  It sees the Hub Name but can't connect.

Work IT have installed all relevant updates and removed all wifi history, so I input the details again, but no success.

I can get wifi through my hotspot only.  

I'm finding it all very frustrating and don't know who to turn to for help.
