Work laptop issue with Sky router
Work laptop - been working fine for the past 2 years with same sky hub on a wired and sometimes wireless connection.
For some reason now, when connected to the sky router, I cannot access regular websites e.g. bbc.co.uk, cannot access the work VPN, IT support cannot dial in remotely. Teams, Outlook all work fine, so it's blocking some types of traffic, but not all.
When I connect to a hotspot on a phone, or in a public wifi, everything works fine, so it is a problem with the sky router.
I have done a full factory reset of the router, the broadband shield guide is OFF, so all traffic is allowed.
My IT support have tried everything they can think of, including all firmware and software updates, but as it all works fine when in a cafe or tethered to a phone, there's not much more they can do.
UPnp is enabled.
I can access all the sites I need to on other laptops, or phones, connected wirelessly or wired, so they're not being blocked globally.
Any suggestions!?
