Work VPN Access

I have an same issue when trying to connect to my work's VPN.  I can connect but I am not able to access their shared drive.  However this works if I use the hotspot on my iPhone.   The IT department have said that this is a sky issue.  

Any help would be appreciated.

 I was informed by the Sky Expert this morning that I would have to wait 48 hours and then post again because they closed the chat due to me needing to supply more verification details.

Hi there, you will need to post again tomorrow to ask for the chat to be escalated. The Oracles/superusers cannot do it not for 24 hours time.

Please can this issue be escaulated accordingly.

 

I have a same issue when trying to connect to my work's Sonic Wall Global VPN.  I can connect but I am not able to access their shared drive.  However this works if I use the hotspot on my iPhone.   The IT department have said that this is a sky issue.  For clarity I have full Gigafast fibre and are using the Sky Black Router.  My Wife can connect perfectly with her work's VPN client. 

Any help would be appreciated.

Please can this be escaulated again.  It is now impacting on my ability to work from home.  The connection has gone down numerous times already this morning.
